Archontika Karamarlis

Archontika Karamarlis Boutique Hotel & Guesthouse opened its doors as a small guest house in 1989, when the current owner George Karamarlis inspired the renovation of the old ancestral mansion in a small luxury accommodation. Later on, he acquired and renovated adjoining mansions, which are also renovated and form the current Boutique Hotel. All rooms differ in style and are decorated with original features selected one by one from a gallery. There are mosaics in most of the bathrooms, the floors have been either preserved as wooded, or are covered with natural ceramic cotto. In December 2015 Archontika Karamarlis “Guesthouse” was added to the hotel, a really warm, welcoming and luxurious guesthouse which is housed in two renovated mansions. All the rooms are equipped with luxurious furnishing, lcd tv, mini bar, shower bath, fireplace (in certain rooms) and there is also a room available with disabled access.

The perfect location in the heart of Makrinitsa, along with the private parking area make the visitor feel all the comfort and the hospitality. The breakfast served in the Boutique Hotel Lounge Bar Café with the gilded ceiling, beautiful fireplace and the overlooking Volos and Pagasitikos Gulf terrace is an actual experience.
